Deboned Milkfish Dinaing has the right amount of vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic seasoning which still allows the rich, clean, and mildly sweet taste of the fish to shine.

Milkfish is a good source of protein and omega- 3. It also has lesser fat content and has more calcium compared to animal meat.
