Yes, We sometimes deliver to other cities and then we offer free delivery for a minimum order of €50.00. Below €50 comes with a €5 delivery fee. There are no weight or frozen surcharges on these deliveries.

Yes, we offer free delivery around Almere with a minimum order of €50.00. Below €50 comes with a €5 delivery fee. There are no weight or frozen surcharges on these local deliveries

We ship Frozen Products across the Netherlands. We do charge a €4,95 handling fee per 5 items, for packing and transportation to ensure the frozen products arrive to you in good condition.

We also ship frozen products to neighboring countries that can be delivered to next-day. Currently this includes Germany, Belgium and Luxembourg.

If you are in-person, you can also pay by cash or pin card. This applies to:

Yes, you can change your order if you haven’t paid yet but once payment has been made, it is not possible to change your order anymore.

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as we haven’t shipped it yet. Please contact us to do so.

Once the package has been shipped, we are not able to cancel or refund your order anymore.

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days only for dried goods but for fresh or frozen products, we are not able to accept returns.

Please contact us to arrange a return. You will need to pay for the return shipping. When we receive the items back in good condition, we will refund the costs of the iterms.
