The delivery time within the Netherlands is normally 1 to 2 days, if your order is placed on a working day before 13:00.

Yes, We deliver across the Netherlands including frozen. We want to make sure that our products are available for everyone. No matter where you are in the Netherlands, we will deliver your orders at your doorstep. Please refer to our Delivery Policy for more information.

Yes, We visit other cities once or twice a month and then we offer Free door to door delivery for a minimum order of €50.00. Below €50 comes with a €5 delivery fee. The day of visit is announced on our Facebook page. But if you cannot wait, you can always order anytime, and standard rates will apply. See our Delivery Policy.

We are happy to deliver Frozen Products across the Netherlands. We do charge a €4,95 handling fee for packing and transportation to ensure the frozen products arrive to you in a frozen state. See also our Delivery Policy

We accept iDeal and bank transfer. Cash payments are possible for order pick up in our location.

Yes, you can change your order if you haven’t pay yet but once payment has been made, it is not possible to change your order anymore.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours. If you are too late to cancel but the package has been processed but no shipped, then we charge a 5% handling fee of the total invoice amount. Once the package has been shipped, we are not able to cancel or refund your order anymore.

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days only for dried goods but for frozen we don’t offer a return policy. 

You can use this form to return your order and please be reminded that we will not shoulder the cost for shipping the return order.
