“We” and “us” means Almere Pinoy Store

The contract is agreed” – by completing and submitting your order through our website, facebook page, facebook messenger, telephone or email, you are making an offer to purchase products which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. An acceptance email from us confirms that the contract is formed.


This website and all content contained within it is protected by copyright and no portion of it may be used without express written permission from Almere Pinoy Store.

Our Delivery Service

When you place an order, we use all reasonable effort to deliver to you as soon as possible. The products ordered will be shipped within 2 working days after receipt of the payment. The delivery time mentioned is indicative and does not constitute a final term of delivery. Exceeding any term of delivery does not entitle the customer to compensation or to cancel the order or to annul the agreement, unless the delay of delivery is such that within reason it cannot be expected from the customer that the agreement remains in place. We reserve the right to change the cost of deliveries and/or our delivery fees at any time.

Purchase agreement

A purchase agreement is concluded after placing an order in our webshop. For confirmation, we will send an email containing all the order and address data as supplied by the customer. Any errors and/or omissions therein are for the risk and account of the customer. If the customer wishes to cancel an order, the customer is requested to do so by sending an email within 24 hours. If the customer cancels too late and the order is being processed, we will charge the customer with 5% from the total invoice for the handling charges. In case the order has been shipped, cancellation of order and a refund is not possible anymore.

Delivery address

Delivery will take solely place at the address given by the customer at the time of the conclusion of the agreement. Any mistakes in the address are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Almere Pinoy Store cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver package due to an incorrect address.

Delivery abroad

In the case of delivery abroad, different terms and conditions can be applied.

Transfer of risk

Parcels will be shipped with PostNL, DHL or DPD. Shipments are for the account and risk of the customer. In case of a lost package during shipment, we will request an investigation of the lost package through the post. Once a package is declared lost, we will only refund 50% of the total amount of the invoice.

 We do not send Frozen products by post. If a customer does like to have Frozen products sent by post, this is at your own risk. Almere Pinoy Store will not be liable for products not being delivered in a frozen state or not in a good condition.

Order weight

Customers can order products up to a weight of 10 kilograms and only pay € 6,95. The shipping costs for orders with a weight of 10-20 kilograms is €13.95. These are the rates for delivery addresses in the Netherlands with a maximum size of 100x70x58 cm.

Pricing and payment

Prices throughout the website are quoted in Euro and include VAT, and payment can only be accepted in Euro. Packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase.

While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.

We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time.

Shipping costs and cash on delivery charges

The shipping and cash on delivery costs are charged in accordance with the Dpd, PostNL, Dhl post rates. For destinations outside the Netherlands, other rates are applicable.


Almere Pinoy Store has the right to decide which post company it will use to ship the customer’s order. In case the postman does not find you at home he will leave a takeaway slip or bring it to any post office in your area. The parcel will be kept there for one week before it will be returned to us. If in such event we must ship the parcel to you again, we charge an extra amount for shipping of €15,00 on standard shipments. We will send an email at the time of shipping to the customer, the failure to collect the package at the postal service is your own liability.

Inspection on delivery

The customer is obligated to inspect the products for defects and to assure the products comply to the order. If the products do not meet the expectations, the customer must inform Almere Pinoy Store within 5 working days after the discovery of such findings.

Returning of goods

The customer has the right to return products up to 14 days after receipt, if products arrived damaged or if the product did not meet your expectations. After receipt of the product in its original and unopened packaging in good condition Almere Pinoy Store will then credit the total amount of the products returned. Shipping cost for the return package will be shouldered by the customer.

For fresh and frozen products, we don’t accept returns since these are perishable.

In case the customer wishes to change/return a product, the following steps should be taken:

Conditions for changing/returning of a product

– You must report the return goods to us in writing or via email not later than 14 days after delivery.
– Th
e return form must be filled out completely and correctly.
– Return goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the first notification.
– Unpaid or insufficient paid returns will be refused.
– Only once per order can a
product be changed.
– If these conditions are not met, then every right to exchange an item expires. All costs incurred are charged to the customer.

Products not returnable

Products that are not in the original condition or packaging.
Products which have been open.
– Foods with a limited shelf life
– Frozen Products.
– Pre-order products

Fragile items

Orders that contain breakable items are packed as carefully and attentively as possible. However, if your fragile items are broken on delivery, Almere Pinoy Store cannot be held responsible. Ordering fragile items is therefore entirely at your own risk. We will, however, try to recover the damage inflicted by the transport company. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to send orders with quantities of more than 15 bottles of liquor in any combination. These large numbers can only be picked up at our location.

Non-compliance with conditions

If a customer of Almere Pinoy Store does not respect our conditions as formulated, any entitlement to change, to return or to cancel an order becomes invalid. Almere Pinoy Store reserves the right to charge the customer later for the costs incurred.


The data supplied by the customer will be treated by Almere Pinoy Store confidentially and will be used for the following purposes;
a. The processing of the order, the payment thereof and delivery to the correct address.
b. Allowing to make offers, to inform about actions or to supply you with relevant information or news

Almere Pinoy Store will live up to the applicable privacy rules and regulations.

Changes to Terms & Conditions for buying products online

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions for buying products online from time to time. If this happens, we will notify you by posting the new Terms & Conditions for buying products online on the website. If you do not wish to be governed by the revised Terms & Conditions for buying products online, you must not place any further orders.
