“We” and “us” means Almere Pinoy Store

“You” and “the Customer” means anyone using our website or communicating with us via other means

If you place an order from our store, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.


This website and all its content is copyrighted. Our own content is copyrighted by Almere Pinoy Store. Images of products may be copyright of the corresponding brand owner.

No portion of it may be used without express written permission from Almere Pinoy Store.

Our Shipping Service

When you place an order with us, we try to ship your order to you as quickly as possible.

After payment has been received, if received before 14:00 on a working day, we will ship your order the same day. Otherwise we will ship it the next working day.

If your order contains frozen products, we only ship on Monday to Thursday, to ensure you will receive them in good condition.

The delivery time mentioned is only an indication. We cannot directly control when our shipping companies will deliver your order. However, they usually give a good estimate.

Purchase agreement

A purchase agreement is concluded after placing an order with our webshop. For confirmation, we will send an email containing all the order and address data as supplied by the customer. The customer must check that the order details are correct, and notify us if there are any mistakes before we ship the order.

If the customer wishes to cancel an order, the customer must contact us to let us know, before the order is shipped.

In case the order has been shipped, cancellation of order is not possible anymore.

Delivery address

Delivery will take solely place at the address given by the customer at the time of checkout. Any mistakes in the address are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Almere Pinoy Store cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver a package due to an incorrect address.

Transfer of risk

Parcels will be shipped with PostNL or DPD. Shipments are for the account and risk of the customer. In case of a lost package during shipment, we will request an investigation of the lost package through the post. Once a package is declared lost, we will only refund 50% of the amount of the invoice

Shipping frozen products can be risky, and the condition of the products cannot be guaranteed, if the products do not arrive on time.

Ordering frozen products is done at your own risk. Almere Pinoy Store will not be liable for products not being delivered in a frozen state or not in a good condition.

Order weight

In-person deliveries by us, either within our local Almere area or during a visit to another city, do not charge extra weight costs.

Pricing and payment

Prices throughout the website are quoted in Euro and include VAT, and payment can only be accepted in Euro. Packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase.

While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible. We will offer you either a replacement product, a refund of that unavailable item, or the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.

We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are charged in accordance with the PostNL or DPD rates. For current prices, please see our Delivery Policy page.


Almere Pinoy Store has the right to decide which shipping company it will use to ship the customer’s order. In case the postman does not find you at home he will leave a takeaway slip or bring it to any post office in your area. The parcel will be kept there for one week before it will be returned to us. If in such event we must ship the parcel to you again, we charge an extra amount for shipping of €15 on standard shipments. We will send an email at the time of shipping to the customer. The failure to collect the package at the postal service is your own liability.

Inspection on delivery

The customer is obligated to inspect the products for defects and to assure the contents of the order. If the products do not meet the expectations, the customer must inform Almere Pinoy Store within 5 working days after the discovery of such findings.

Returning of goods

The customer has the right to return products up to 14 days after receipt, if the product did not meet their expectations.

After receipt of the product in its original and unopened packaging in good condition, Almere Pinoy Store will then refund the total amount of the products returned.

The customer will pay for the cost for the return shipping.

For fresh and frozen products, we cannot accept returns as these products are perishable.

In case the customer wishes to change/return a product, they should contact us to arrange the return.

Products not returnable

  • Products that are not in the original condition or packaging.
  • Products which have been opened.
  • Fresh products with a limited shelf life
  • Frozen Products.
  • Pre-order products

Fragile items

Orders that contain breakable items are packed as carefully and attentively as possible. However, if your fragile items are broken on delivery, please contact us for a refund of these items. You will need to show us evidence (e.g. a picture) of the damage.

Non-compliance with conditions

If a customer of Almere Pinoy Store does not follow these Terms and Conditions, any entitlement to change, to return or to cancel an order becomes invalid.


The data supplied by the customer will be treated by Almere Pinoy Store confidentially and will be used for the following purposes:
a. The processing of the order, the payment thereof and delivery to the correct address.
b. Allowing to make offers, to inform about actions or to supply you with relevant information or newsletters

Almere Pinoy Store will conform to the applicable privacy rules and regulations.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time. New Terms & Conditions will be updated on this page on our website.

If you do not wish to be governed by the new Terms & Conditions, you must not place any further orders.
