Indian squid is very versatile and cooks quickly:

1. Adobong Pusit
Cook squid in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, onion, and ink for a rich, savory dish.

2. Inihaw na Pusit (Grilled Squid)
Stuff with tomato and onion, brush with marinade, and grill until tender.

3. Calamares (Fried Squid Rings)
Slice into rings, coat in seasoned flour or batter, and deep fry until crispy.

4. Ginisang Pusit
Sauté with garlic, onion, tomatoes, and vegetables.
