Easy Siomai Cooking Instruction
- Thaw: if the siomai is frozen, let it thaw in the refrigerator. if it’s refrigerated, skip this step.
- Cooking Methods:
-Steaming: Steam the thawed siomai for 10-12 mins.
-Pan heating: Put the siomai in a covered pan with a bit of water. Heat over medium heat for 5-7 mins until its golden brown and fully cooked.
-Air Frying: Preheat the air fryer to 180°c. Arrange the thawed siomai in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes until its golden and cooked through.
3. Serve: Enjoy the cooked siomai while it’s hot, paired with soy sauce, lemon, and chili garlic sauce for dipping.
