Hopia is a Chinese-Filipino pastry traditionally filled with either mung beans (Hopia Mongo) or wintermelon (cooked in pork fat more commonly knowned as Hopia Baboy).
Please freeze Eng Bee Tin Hopia upon arrival if you choose not to consume it immediately.
If you do not freeze it, shelf life is up to 14 days.
In the late 80s, Eng Bee Tin was the first to introduce modern hopia flavors starting with the world-renowned “Hopia Ube”. In 2019, there are more than 25 different flavors and variations of the Hopia introduced by Eng Bee Tin.
