Due to busy Holiday Season, Postal services are experiencing high volumes of packages. Please expect delays on deliveries. Normally it takes 1 to 2 days for the package to be delivered. Once it’s received by the postal company we have no control over the shipment anymore.
Additionally, we would like to inform you about ordering frozen products. We would like to advice to not include frozen products in your order but if you still want to order frozen products despite of the delays, please bare in mind that ordering Frozen Products is at “your own risk” this busy period. This means we cannot be held liable in case you receive your package later than usual and frozen items are thawed/defrosted.
The only thing we can do and assure you is that your orders are shipped on time after placing the order. Normally we ship orders with frozen products from Monday to Thursday. During this busy period we only send packages with frozen products on Monday. We also add extra dry ice to frozen products to increase the duration that products stay frozen. Still, we cannot guarantee that the frozen products will stay frozen during the delay.
